Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), the Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) is seeking bid proposals from interested contractors that are capable of providing Tent Fumigation & Soil Treatment of 15 Buildings at Kahekili Terrace.
